I delivered career and counselling services for members of the general public and clients referred by their employers or rehabilitation agency. This included personal counselling, screening for learning problems and mental health issues, career counselling, workshop development and delivery, and formal career assessment with reports and recommendations. I led or co-facilitated over 50 four day Career Action Planning Workshops for several hundred prospective BE students and members of the public undergoing career transition.
I provided leadership to the Regina Vocational Counsellors’ Network as volunteer facilitator since 1995.
